My Aunt Pam...

In Memory of My Aunt Pam....
A year ago today my Aunt Pam died of cancer, so this is to honor her. I think of her often in my everyday things. I wish I could call her, see her, talk to her. I am sad that she will not see Trinity Jo, her One true namesake grow to be a women... My boys love her and often ask about her, or refer to her. This morning they asked how Uncle Roger was doing today...I just hugged them and said that he would love that they thought of him... While we are all sad, especially today, I know she is in a better place, where she is healed! She is no longer in pain, and is as beautiful as ever! I can't wait to see her again, but she is with me always.... Love LJ

Finding Nemo Live On Ice!

For the first time we took the girls to something "Live" We used to take the 3 boys all the time when they were little, so finally it's the girls turn! They were completely excited to see "Finding Nemo" but I'll be honest they had no clue what on ice meant... I know there are lots of photos but this was out of 150! The Girls, Kevin and I really liked these ones, so those are what we shared... We did a big change for us today, and to be honest they were alittle iffy! "Mama, Where is my purple??" (Trinity) "Um Mama, We don't match!" (Aspen) and (Payton) "Mom, where are the girls colors?" That being said They did look cute! Auntie Dana bought these outfits for them last summer, and they can finally wear them :) Well kind-a, they are really tall, but very skinny, so needless to say I will be getting belts for next time! Thanks Dana, they looked so cute in new clothes to go see Nemo!
Just FYI, when we asked the boys if they would like to go the answer from all 3 was "Yeah No, We are too old mom but thanks!" So Kevin is taking them to see some boy movie this week! :)

Before the show with Mom, We got our Nemo hats all ready and our cotton candy as well!

Finding Nemo, Dory and Bruce the Shark!! (on top) Clapping with Daddy after every little dance number! They were so excited! (bottom)
Taking a potty break with Daddy! Trinity (blue) Payton (pink) Aspen (green)
Aspen with her Cotton Candy during the intermission! Payton with her huge bag of popcorn! I think it was almost as big as her! Trinity wearing her Nemo hat.... Oh my!!
Mommy look at our Flags!!!
Last one, but I love it! They are so cute when they want to be, and had No Nap!

"Cinderella Easter Dresses!"

I thought I would share this story with you all....
This morning as we were getting on our easter clothes, The girls were thrilled to be wearing "Cinderella Dresses Mommy" Well me being ????? A mom to boys for the last 14 years, said "Well, no these are not like Cinderella because she wears blue and then white dresses" They looked at me very serious and said "Um No Mom, The Pink dress she makes with the Mice!" Yeah..... My bad! Of course that is what they were talking about! What was I thinking! This is the best part of having girls, because boys could care less about this stuff...But at the same time I thought Oh My.... :)

Happy Easter 2008

Happy Easter! With Love,
Dave, Broc, Heath, Aspen, Payton and Trinity!

At least you can see their nice dress clothes! All 6 of them were whinning because it was too bright outside! So, we'll try again at a later date, but for now this will have to work :)

My IU Girls!

As many of you know, Kevin and I are very competitive about sports in our house! For the longest time they out numbered me with The Boys and their dad liking Ohio State... Now, finally, I get girls to like IU with me! My mom's family is from Indiana, so for as long as I can remember My Aunt Pam and I have loved IU! The Girls for the first time in along time actually wanted me to photograph them! So I jumped at the opportunity and this is what we ended up with! I love how they can be so girly even in football jersey's!

Palm Sunday... and The Easter Bunny!

This morning on the way to church we were early (very rare for us) so we took the girls (I only mention them because the boys no longer believe in him) to see the Easter Bunny! Well you know my girls, they were all excited to go see him, It's all they talked about for 2 days!(the photo enclosed of them walking in the parking lot) However, the moment they spotted him in the store, they had changed their minds! So poor Kevin, Dave, Broc and Heath yet again got drug into a photo they have no desire to be in! But I didn't make them, they were good troopers! The girls have all of us wrapped?? Maybe not, perhaps the boys are just good sports! Thankfully.... They were so terrified 2 of them made Kevin hold them, not even Broc and Heath! The kicker to this day was that The Easter Bunny is all we have heard about since church! And they love these photos!

While I am on here, let me tell you a story about those dresses. My girls love new clothes! Because Nana and Papa buy 3/4 of their clothes, every Sunday Kevin says "Oh girls look Nana got you a new dress" To which they get very excited, and go from there! Well today the nursery teacher complimented them on their new dresses, and told them how cute they looked in the new dress their mommy got them. Well I guess the girls turned to her nice as could be and told her that "No, Nana and Papa buy our dress" I thought my parents would get a kick out of that!
It just so happens that Nana and Papa also bought the boys shirts they have on as well! Thanks guys! :)

The Boys...

Well what can I say? These are our Handsome Boys! I feel so bad for them, their lives have had a huge adjustment this last year, with moving, new school, new friends, new house, All of it! They seem to be handling all of it fine, I just worry about them... because it's what I do! Thankfully, they all have Kevin's wit and personality, which helps alot~

Dave is great! He is such a good helper with the girls (especially when teen girls are around) He is very active in sports, very good in school, and is 6' feet tall! Contacts have made the biggest difference in his world, needless to say he loves it!
Broc is awesome as well! He is honestly the best with the girls, only because he could care less if a teen girl is around to impress. :) They love him and call him "Brocy" I have no idea why or where this came from, but he is ok with it. His newest thing is playing a game on the internet with all his friends, so I am surprised he finds time to be with any of us. He is also doing very well in school!
Heath is my cutie! He is still young enough that I am able to call him cute! He loves to be outdoors alot! He loves to draw, and play his guitar. He has had a hard time moving because he was so young when we moved to Germany to begin with. He loves school, and is the only morning person in our family!
This photo was taken by a friend and professional photographer named Jennie Fawbush. She did a great job, as they are not the easiest subjects to photograph! I should also take this time to say Thank You for all those that remember that we not only have the girls, BUT the boys as well.....Mind you they were first!!! :)

Identical Triplets... A 1 in 200 Million Chance!

Everyone asks us all the time "What were those chances??" There is the answer! I tell ya, when you pray for something, you should be specific... :) Not really. We love it! I don't know what we would do with only 1 girl!

Aspen, Payton and Trinity are Awesome! (yes,I still use that word) They are Identical in every sense of the word. I know what it is to be their mom, but often wonder what it would feel like to "be them" I love my brother and sister, So I can't imagine what it would be like to not only have a sister, but her look and act just like me! Of course they will never know the difference to even answer that for me! They like everything to be the exact same (this is completely my fault, but not something I would change) We feel very blessed that God picked Kevin and I out of all the people in the world to not only do 6 kids, but Triplets!

Team Cooper begins a blog!

"Team Cooper" We adopted this name while in Germany, when Coach Cooper and I (Team Mom Always) did all the sports together you can imagine! With 3 boys we have played, coached and watched it all! Therefore Kevin's parents began referring to us as "Team Cooper" Having all these kids made this a perfect name.

"Its so easy to compare ourselves and our families to some fictional expectation. Its much harder to listen to God's urgings and be content with how He wants us to be." Carla~
