My Favorite Ornament Tradition...

Way back in 1997 my parents got Kevin, Dave, Broc and I the cute little teddy bear ornament with our names on them.. thus begun a tradition I love! Personalized Ornaments from Santa's Pen! They orginate out of NY and are sold in the malls around this time of year, I get one every year, I can't believe we went from a family of 4 to a family of 8! The denver bronco ornament is Dave's favorite (every year) The blue candy cane is Broc from first grade (awwww) the cool snow man with a tipped hat is this years ornament Heath made me. I LOVE it... The ballerinas are the triplets favorite this year :)

Jody, I LOVE your banner picture! Soooo cute! I bet it makes you smile every time you look at it! I took my girls to see Santa and Evie LOVED it. She said, "Oh, mom, Santa's the BEST Santa in the whole WORLD!" and Lillie? Well, she SCREAMED in terror! And she's got LUNGS. So the picture is hilarious. I'll have to scan it and put it on facebook ; )

So cute, Jody!! I love this tradition. We have a few ornaments like that with our names on them, too. They have craft fairs come through town in May/Oct every year, and they always have a booth or two with these types of ornaments. Not sure if it's the same company or not, probably not. Have you gotten this year's 'name' ornament yet?

It was sad this year when I was decorating the tree and picked up one of those ornaments that included Missy. She was our dog that we had to put down in October. I hung it on the tree anyway. We miss her.
